Co-Willing considers vocational skills training as a key factor for sustainable economic empowerment.
Whenever possible we make sure that vocational training is an integral part of our projects.
Co-Willing collaborates with local and Swiss vocational training institutions to set up vocational skills education in our African partner countries.

Gender Equality
Co-Willing considers it crucial that women have equal access to education as men.
Several members of Co-Willing run projects of vocational skills training in their countries.
